At the Hearts of Fire Foundation, our mission is to inspire and uplift pediatric patients and their families during their time of need. We believe in the healing power of art to bring joy, hope, and distraction to those in hospital settings, helping them maintain a positive outlook.  

Hearts of Fire Foundation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of inspiring, uplifting, and empowering pediatric patients during times of need. We will provide inspirational clothing and art free of charge to create a positive, hopeful environment as they receive treatment for illness or disability and donate to other similar 501c3 organizations.

Numerous nonprofit organizations work with children and families who are undergoing long-term hospitalization and care. These organizations provide therapeutic care that does not involve medical treatment by a physician but nevertheless helps these individuals progress emotionally, spiritually, physically and psychologically and can have a very significant effect on their well-being.

Medical treatments can be painful and many children express that the environment of a hospital ward is uncomfortable and stressful due to high levels of activity, bright lights, loud noises and a lack of home comforts. In addition to experiencing anxiety, children who spend considerable time in hospitals are at risk of missing out on all the aspects of regular life, including school, time with family and peers, and outdoor activities, with all of the associated developmental and psychological impacts.

Our founders are very passionate about enriching the lives of children and their families who have been hospitalized for surgery or other treatments and illnesses. The nonprofit is aware of the devastating impact and emotional toll that health problems and surgical procedures have and similar to existing nonprofit organizations that provide non-medical care to patients, the nonprofit will provide non-medical,therapeutic care by providing them with inspirational clothing and custom art to comfort them, lift their spirits and improve their mental well-being. The clothing and art will be provided for free and will include familiar characters and uplifting messages.
